How we use information
- Provide and secure the service, including authentication and access control.
- Operate core features across dashboards, workflows, inventory, analytics, and Market Radar™.
- Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Develop new capabilities and conduct quality assurance for the AI assistant.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.
AI processing
For assistant and research features, content you provide may be processed by model providers under strict contractual and technical controls. We do not allow training on your data for general models unless explicitly agreed. Outputs are for guidance only—always validate with your operational data.
Enterprise agreements
For enterprise customers, your signed agreements (collectively, "Enterprise Agreements") govern. These may include a Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Master Subscription Agreement, Statements of Work (SOWs), Order Forms / Service Orders / Purchase Orders, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or equivalent, a Service Level Agreement (SLA), and any security or privacy exhibits, addenda, change orders, or schedules. If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and your Enterprise Agreements, the signed agreements control for the covered services and term.
Certain projects may include optional AI fine‑tuning or training using customer‑provided data, as expressly defined in an applicable SOW or Order Form. In those cases, training is opt‑in and scoped; data is logically isolated and access controlled; and retention, model usage, and any export controls are limited as specified in your Enterprise Agreements.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that support hosting, storage, analytics, and security.
- Model providers for AI features as described above.
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Conversation history may be retained to improve reliability and to give you continuity across sessions. You may request deletion where applicable.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously improve protections.
Your choices
- Access, update, or delete certain information.
- Export conversation history where available.
- Control notifications and certain product preferences.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements or regulatory changes. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email when appropriate.
